Be Insiculous
We develop with agentic workflows and build the tools that use them — a Rust game engine and six games, and planning software driven by your own AI assistant. Engine, games, and site are all public repositories.
The games
All six are in alpha, and all of them run on Insiculous 2D — our own 2D engine, written in Rust. Each one is two-player, and each has escalating chaos modes that bend the rules of the original. They are a run at the 20 Games Challenge: playable in the browser today, with desktop builds running the same code natively.
The games listed on this site are free and use AI art. The games we sell carry none — those are made by our own artists, and they ship on Steam and the app stores rather than here.
The engine pulls double duty: it runs the games, and it is a proving ground for agentic coding tools — real tasks on a live Rust codebase.
The planner
FortKnight and ForkKnife are two views of one planner. FortKnight is the schedule: a repeating fourteen-day cycle, a page per day, and where your time actually goes by category. ForkKnife is the menu: the meals, the dish for each day, and the prep and cooking tasks that come with them.
It runs in your browser with no account and no server — your profile stays on your device. There is no AI in the app either: if you want help from an assistant, you download your files and take them to your own.
