Profile

The name becomes the profile’s id — family gives the weights file weights.family.json. Renaming moves the saved answers under the new id. Profiles are switched, and new ones started, from the dropdown above. Both apps share this profile: FortKnight’s answers live on its Questionnaire and the fortnight on its Overview; your meals and menu on ForkKnife’s Questionnaire and Overview.

Assistant workspace

Neither app has an AI of its own. Download these files and upload them into your AI workspace — a Claude Project, or a ChatGPT, Kimi or NotebookLM workspace. The assistant there gets everything it needs to help with your schedule and your menu. This app sends nothing anywhere; you choose what to upload. What the assistant hands back goes in on either Assistant page (FortKnight, ForkKnife).
