Your fortnight menu: which dish is which meal on each day (leftovers marked). Add dishes on Spoon Feed, or have your assistant draft the whole menu on the Assistant page. Each day links to its FortKnight day page.

Your meal-prep and cooking tasks

The menu becomes prep and cooking tasks, every other week from the next date of each day. Copy or download the import file, then paste it into step 2 of the Assistant page and Apply. The tasks land in your profile and show on your day pages.
