Questionnaire

Your meals and how you eat are ForkKnife’s settings; they live in the same profile as your FortKnight answers, on this device. Save keeps them here; the Profile page turns the whole profile into files for your own AI workspace, and the Assistant page asks your assistant to draft the menu from what you answer here.

Your meals

ForkKnife’s questionnaire: your meals and what your assistant needs to draft the fortnight menu. The menu itself — which dish is which meal on each day — is built on the Spoon Feed page. Nothing here changes FortKnight’s shares; the meals and their prep and cooking minutes reach the generator, everything else travels with your answers to your assistant workspace.

1. What are your meals, and does each need prepping or cooking?

Between 2 and 5 meals. Name each, tick when you eat it (one or two times of day), and say whether a menu item of that meal needs prepping, cooking, or both — the sliders are how long that takes. Snacks usually only need prepping. Renaming a meal keeps its dishes; dropping a meal drops them.

2. How many people eat these meals with you (including you)?

Portions and leftovers are planned for this many.

3. Which dietary rules apply to the menu?

Tick all that apply; leave blank for no rule.

4. Allergies, intolerances, foods you won’t eat?

Free text; your assistant keeps them out of the menu.

5. Which cuisines do you like most?

Tick a few; the menu leans on them.

6. Dishes you already cook and like?

The assistant keeps them in the rotation.

7. How would you rate your cooking?

8. What is your food budget like?

9. What is in your kitchen?

Tick what the menu may rely on.

10. How often do you shop for food?

Sets how fresh the ingredients can be and how far ahead the menu is bought.

The dishes themselves are Spoon Feed — for each meal, what you eat on which day. Renaming a meal here keeps its dishes; dropping a meal drops them, and Save says how many. Or let your assistant draft the whole menu on the Assistant page.
