Apply from assistant

ForkKnife has no AI of its own. Your assistant drafts the fortnight menu in your AI workspace, built from the files on the Profile page (once a profile is saved). Two steps: get the menu from your assistant, then paste it here. Everything is applied on this device only.

1 Get the JSON from your assistant

Send your assistant this prompt โ€” it carries your meals and the preferences you answered on the Questionnaire:

Upload meal-plan.md with it โ€” the file below, also in the Profile pageโ€™s file set. It tells the assistant the document shape and the leftovers rules. Would you rather write the menu yourself? The is the same shape with your meals filled in.

2 Paste it here and Apply

Paste (or upload) the JSON your assistant handed back. It can be an import file (your commitments and tasks, in readable form โ€” check the list it shows below), a meal-plan document (your fortnight menu, shown on ForkKnife), a weights file (the app derives the weights from the answers in it), or a settings file. Any of them can be applied on either appโ€™s Assistant page, because the profile is shared.

Then check the message: how many dishes landed and which were not applied (a meal the profile does not have, a day rule broken). The dishes show on the Overview and the day pages. Wrong dish? Open Spoon Feed, press Edit under that meal and remove it.
